that'd be one of eshan's tops...so far, i'm very pleased. it'll look a little bit better when i get my old oem soft doors on, but i still need to recover the doors to match and powdercoat the bows.

I am glad you saw that yooper, i have had the cruiser a year now and i have even taken the bezel off and painted it but i put it back on the way it was. there isn't any cruisers around me to really compair. but as soon as i get back home i will flip it over

The cruiser on jackstand is mine, you probably can't see it from the picture but my bezel has the word "LAND CRUISER" embossed on it so it would look weird if I install it upside down like many of you. Yes, it's an OEM bezel that came with '62-'63 fj40.

I got confused - MustardFJ40 posted a series of pics, and at first glance it looked like mwalls54's yellow cruiser was part of the series of the same truck. Sorry Mustard to mistakenly accuse you of a bezel infraction. Sometimes the Bezel Police are overzealous! for me. At least somebody learned something.

Was readin' the forum here and realized I put my bezel on upside down too when I did my resto! I have been running FJ40's for decades so... a good loud is in order here. I even checked the front of an LC manual and sure nuf...you LC police are right. I sort of assumed the screws would only let me put it on one way but nooooo...went out immediately and fixed it...midnight! I'll still have to fix my photos though. :-\
