Mapped the A45 and A47, pictures attached. I'm thinking the best way to proceed is to arrange them as you originally showed them and see if they work and decided what to do if they do not. Is that what you would recommend @jerryb ?

depends on the part #s of the non nav pieces you're putting in. Specifically, the AC amp and the heater integration panel.

Do you know the vin#
Seeing how different they are really makes me think you do not have a north american unit.
post pics of the lower assembly, AC amp and heater panel.

Another way of thinking is that if you got parts from somewhere else with all the pigtails and wires and connectors, then really you should detail the pieces you have and identify each wires function. Then match it with what you have in your LC

VIN: JTEHT05J732030810. The dismantler says it was armored in Texas, sent to Afghanistan and then they bought it. Clock at bottom of photo, AC/Heater on top.

Figured. GCC spec vehicle like the 70 series that currently get imported for armoring. 88650-60810 right?

I think you're right, you should wire it like the north America unit. Which is to say, like the spreadsheet.

i think it would work either way you wire it. I'd examine the heater integration panel circuit board and make sure it looks like the one everyone here uses. Look for the rear AC button. Or the rear hi/lo button. The front of it on the plastic cover side might be different but still might have the same buttons on the circuit board as the rest of the world. Show a picture of the front plastic cover of the HVAC

if you wanted to take apart the panel and look at the heater circuit board, here is where the numbers are on both. The is the front side middle of both.
I think I'd wire it and check.

Trying to find the UART +/- wires. In the M9 terminal map it says get them from C14. On page one of this thread it is identifying C16. In my manual it shows a C14, not a C16.

so, some of those wires are going to be for the mirror heater, there is also a button underneath your blank cover you installed second from the left.

I'm thinking the board underneath is the same. Right now I'd say wire it like it should be for north america, and everything should work.

i looked at my book just now. I can only guess that I was looking at an LX manual at the time. Connector C, position 16 and 17, lol, c16.
the LX book names them differently compared to the LC book. Still, I don't know which lexus number it is. I could have wrote the post wrong when I edited it. PLease forgive me.
either way, it's third from the left.
There was alot of guess work on my part finding the right one in the beginning. All the colors are sky blue!! they are all the same though 2003-07 LX or LC

I cannot for the life of me find C14. I'm assuming it is visible from under the drivers side dash? The manual says it is a gray connector and there are only a couple of those visible. I cannot find any connector with a green/black, green white next to one another. Also, curious what UART is?

It's behind the guage cluster. These connectors get pressed into the combination meter when it is tightened down. UART is data lines for the mpg/range/avg speed. 88650-60810 is commonly spec'd for vehicles without mirror heaters and so it has been assumed that is the difference between it and 88650-60821/60820. However, I believe a member here has had a 88650-60810 in a mirror heated vehicle and the heaters still worked.

Assuming it’s accessible from under the dash? Makes sense to eliminate heated mirrors for Middle East trucks…

Looks like the easiest junction to access is behind the glove box. Finally deciphered the alternate connection points. Ie1 and IU4. 🤞
