I got MSD Blaster Coil, Magnecor 8.5mm racing wires and I run .30 just fine. Unless you are turbo diesel or turbo gas .30 is fine.

Toyota part number 90919-01180-83. Original application MR2 Turbo. Platinum, one heat range colder and supplied with the correct .8mm gap.

As Cdan said.

sorry my gapper is in a different reading than yours.

Spark plug gap on a Turbo diesel? That's cool!

i thought i heard robbie and christo say they run the denso iridium plugs. Are these plugs too hot?

I run the denso iridium plugs, just one or two steps cooler, I can get you the PN when I get home 2morrow. They look good after 5k miles, a little $ but easy to find at just about any parts store.

Can you tell a diffrence when you switched? I do not have forced induction on my rig, but i did put the iridium plugs in and immediatly felt a diffrence.

Placebo effect.

Either that or your old plugs were really crappy. Platinum or Iridium plugs do not work any better, they just last longer.
