Please help Identify this part (1 Viewer)

Hi all, I've posted on other forums but thought I would try here since people here seem to modify their trucks more.

Can anyone help me identify this part on my 2017 Tundra? Their are two on the underbody just behind the drivers door attached to the frame with (it looks like) two bolts. No clue what the long bolt does. Any Idea how to safely remove and reinstall them?

Found out elsewhere what I was suspecting. It is one of the attachment points for the body.
