I meant to tell you I was driving home a different way the other night, and I drove right by your place! I recognized your truck from when you picked up the jackstands then I saw the sick Supra too!

Small world or town I guess :) Feel free to stop in next time if I'm out there, we can take the Supra out for some exercise.
Briefly saw your 100 on CL but guessing it sold quick.

I would LOVE to go for a ride in the Supra!!! :) It was crazy I had over 30 people interested in about 36 hours before I took a deposit. Still waiting on final payment, but it's going to be done soon. I

Here is what my Rock Warriors look like with 3 base coats of black plasti dip followed by 2-3 top coats of copper plastip metalizer.

Your question about how many coats of paint to last X number of years is totally dependent upon how close you like to grind your wheels on sidewalks, or if your wheeling, rocks, trees, etc.

nice color combo. i was going in a similar direction when i had a sage green trd 4runner with charcoal gray bottom. but for me after having the green for 6-7 years i went flat black. i think im gna do a wrap with my car to preserve the paint for a while.

yeah i went with 3 clear coats. i was going to try to paint red under the bed liner and a color over that hoping cracks would show the red. but i didnt want to experiment until i have another set. i think theyre going on tomorrow!

I bet bumpers, sliders and a rack in that color would look awesome!

Finally but still with some issues. Have to get a new oem wheel key due to over torching and only recieved 1 center cap from an ebay purchase i thought i was getting 4. The old ones work but i am expecting to give those along w selling my oem wheel set. So only front 2 wheels are on and will have the rest on today or tmrw.

So after having this car around 2 months i can now say i remember why i went to lexus after my 4Runners. Toyota=indefinite mods, lexus=few tasteful mods. I have a feeling im going to love/hate this thing because of spending $$. But no way in hell im gna let go of it.

Anyway just my advice, in conjunction with the way the world is at the moment, trust is extremely low but people do want it. Always tip, give a fair deal, or pay their damn fees or go somewhere else. Do not let someone you dont 100% trust touch your car these days. Its not worth it. Small negligence or tampering goes a long way in repair or safety. Good luck!

Heres the wheels! Around 2 1/2 - 3 weeks paint drying time. 3 clear coats. Custom colors by english.

How about a pic without filters? Also, no reason this truck shouldn't get tasteful mods. Just treat it like a Lexus ;)
let me get the emblems on there so i can take a few decent photos of it.
and i guess what i mean is that lexus upgrades every little detail and toyota while still great can still be upgraded in a lot of areas. im sure the new ones are way more comparable. id get a migraine if i had to choose one.

I hear you on that, I do a lot of reading on the 200 as I hope to be in the market in a couple years, but I seriously can't decide which way I'd want to go. To be honest, I think I'd pick up an LX470 over another LC100 if I was doing it again. But I'd also be desperately trying to avoid a Nav truck... why'd Toyota make it so damn hard?!
