Been trying to sift through the mud photo and what have you done threads but its a pain in the ass. Anyone have any pics to share with stock suspension sand 285s?

Should help with some of this (white color and larger tires).

285/75/16.. it rubs the front bumper and also rubs the light housing when you hit a bump

Curious about the offset of your aftermarket wheels, as I haven't had any issues with 285/75R16 (BFG KO/KO2) tires on factory wheels (on multiple 100 series vehicles)?

Its 16x8 0 offset 5x150

If I'm not mistaken, the factory wheels are 16x8 ET60. Wouldn't that mean that your aftermarket wheel is pushing the tire out 60mm/2.36in, compared to factory wheels?

295/75/16 KO2s are pretty much 285/75/16s in any other tire right? :) These were the first wheels and tires I bought for my rig. I got the tires first and ran them on oem 16s before I got the SCS. I had AHC back then and had zero rub with the 295s on the factory wheels, but when I changed to the +12 SCS they rubbed a little on the pinch weld area.

Hows the AHC handle the bumper?

No issue at all. My AHC is in really good shape thanks to @BROKEROB1, but if you add the weight, the pump should boost the pressure to achieve the desired height. Bolted on weight (like the bumper and winch) can be compensated for by cranking the torsion bars until your fluid pressure is back in spec, then the system is happy.
