You guys had mentioned a Peter's Mill run on a Friday in the morning. It looks like there is a good chance of rain this Friday. How about next Friday the 7th?

It was a fun run, first time in this truck and first time across the whole 6.5 miles. We didn't see anyone else except a couple of dirt bikes.

I.ve gotten to do the trail a few times with my GX470... it was loads of fun and id love to do it a few more times.

Has anybody run it at night?

I ran it today. The USFS has cleaned the trail up so much you can run the entire thing in 2WD. The only interesting part is the rocky switchbacks at AW3-AW5 then between AW13-AW14 there are some pretty significant mud holes that people have wallowed out but are not part of the trail. The leaves are starting to change above 1000 feet so it should be really colorful in about a week or 2 if we don't get any wind to knock the leaves off.
