Passing Emissions in GA (1 Viewer)

I have the annoying Check Engine, VSC Off, etc. issue on my dash. The code says I need to replace the Oxygen sensor - different thread for that. When I took it in last time the Emissions guy used the code tool and reset the lights, told me to drive 40 or so miles, and come back - no light came on and I passed. My question is this - do all these code tools allow you to "reset" aka turn off the check engine lights? If not, which brands work best?

I have a 2003, fyi.
