Parts Needed for 72 FJ40- Rear Lifts

I need something to replace the one remaining stock door lift that has finally given up the ghost (there were supposed to be two on there). No one has them in stock. What are you guys using to replace the stock door stays/lifts to hold the rear door up and open? Im will to try anything but would prefer some working stock pieces. Any ideas?
