Can't see the end of the lever shaft. I assume the knob is gone. How much for the lever, boot, cap, seat and spring?

the knob is there, the boot is cracked. I rather sell it all as one unit though, email me if interested.

How is the last 12-18" of the frame? Rear frame crossmember (where the lights mount), rear shackle mounts, and rear "corner angle" frames... (For lack of a better known term)

hmm, the frame is rusty but I need to take a closer look to see if it's surface rust or more. If it's salvageable at all, it wont be cut. If it is beyond repair, I'd consider cutting a section of the frame.
