My alternator is putting out about 13.4 V and I'm concerned it's may fail. I should replace it or rebuild it. I have a 2011 LX570 and I believe the part number for a new alternator is 27060-38050.
I would rather rebuild it if I can find parts, specifically the brushes and voltage regulator. Any one recommend what part numbers and where to by parts? Denso would be my preference.

Thanks for your help.
Flagstaff.

I looked into this a bit to rebuild an original alternator I replaced. Didn't get very far and I hope you might find parts.

@bloc replaced brushes and that's easy/cheap to do. Though my brushes at 165k were still good with lots of meat left.

Bearings should be sourceable. Mine were still drum tight.

I believe the regulator is what failed on my unit with heavy loads and use over time. It was super easy to source and replace on my european car but not clear how on the Toyota alternator.

With how hard it is to get at and replace the alternator on the 200-series, I'm not sure I would bother/risk replacing with a rebuilt unit but do want to see how this could change.

Good luck!

Thanks @tbisaacs and @TeCKis300. I was looking and have not found a Denso voltage regular yet. The regulator and brushes are the two i'm most interested in.
You're right about the time to replace though. It's not like my 80s where it's a half hour job. Perhaps a new Toyota/Denso alternator would be best.

Having just replaced my alternator with a new unit…

If you’re over 100k miles, replace the PS pump while you’re at it. The alternator is a pain in the ass of a job and the whole PS pump has to come out first to get to alternator

Definitely not something I’d wanna do twice
