FYI:
Looks like you are running an FJ40 backing plate rotated 180 degrees to work with the PS cable routing on an FJ55...
FJ55 and FJ40 parking brake backing plates have the cables exit on opposite sides... pivot should be at the top, and the notched adjuster at the bottom... FJ40 cables exit left, FJ55 right when looking forward.
