Okay, so color me stupid, I've searched for everything I could - I'm looking for the evolution of the reverse parking assist (Intuitive) parking guide lines.

Sample image from google - forget the Japanese bit.

I have the 2011 - reverse camera, beeping and flashing when I'm about to hit something - that's it - NO guide lines of any kind.

I have all the Owner's manuals for 2011, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 thinking I could at least isolate what they are 'officially' called so I could look them up and identify what years added what features to that system.

Any help? I was sure there would be some sort of evolution list of that system but I can't find anything.

Thanks!

My 13 has them.

My ‘13 has them. Not exactly sure how I’m supposed to use the one with the flag though... parallel parking or something like that? Never used that feature since I know how to parallel park.

2013 - I have that Owner's manual also but, for the life of me, I can't find any illustrations that show the lines - it's not that big a deal but I would love to see the various options.

I've also checked the Navigation Manual but nothing there.

From what I remember there are three guideline options for the MFD; guidelines with steering angle, static guidelines, and no-guidelines. Where the "X" is in the above pics should be a little indicator where you can change them if you have a '13-'15.

Interesting view with flags. I have the 16LC and don't see that option. Maybe because of 360 added that supposed substitute that?

Jesus, I just read the info in the link, I’d need as much practice using the tech as it took to learn how to do this with just the mirrors when I was 16. Of course I’m going to go test it someplace and see if I can make it work. Put the flag here, turn when this line meets “that” line... interesting precursor to the self parking technology.

I have to admit that I haven't studied it enough to really understand and use all the features.
