Meh, all you have to do is put a small chunk of rubber fuel line over one of the Ram mount nuts to push against the dash a bit. That preloads the Panavise mount and then it doesn't wobble. I've been running that same setup for years with zero complaints.

I have the Panavise and I am well pleased with it. I mounted a magnetic plate directly to the panavise with scrwes and it is super solid. I would suspect the extra weight and length on the ram mount arm is causing the issue.

I ran it in my Tacoma for a short while and came to the same conclusion. Not even close to rigid enough and a hazard to passenger knees.

I am running the owl expedition mount in my GX and pretty happy with it. Who needs a tape deck anyway…

Where will my Paul Simon rhythm of the saints tape go though?

looks like you can buy on CD from Amazon or even mp3 so you can stream from the device you attach to your new mount. That way you can jam out in high fidelity. 😎

This is the first time I've seen this mount and I would 100% go with this over a Panavise. Such a cool product!
