I loaded up last night, the only thing that will be a struggle to find a spot for still is a w-56 for bill. I'm packed lighter than last year, but have a much more space consuming spare tire this year.

Does the ring and pinion god also live on a cloud?

I appease the R&P god by carrying a 3rd member. This act of suffering and respect hopefully grants me the pleasures that come with not having chunky style diff soup.

I found a knuckle rebuild kit with extra front knuckle parts in the box
I am bringing it. Just in case my solid axle friends need them

I will be leaving work on time, no early leave time for me

I'm bringing knuckles. I'll drag them all over MO if the cruiser gods smile upon me.

South bound and down.
Loaded up and rollin'
We gonna do what they say can't be done.
Got a long way to go and a week or so to get there.
Look out boys and watch ol' Gumby run.

Knuckle dragger

Directions to Effingham campground: Go about 3 miles east of Effingham to the Montrose exit. Take the road north (Montrose Road or CO Rd. 500E) about a mile or so to CO Rd. 100N. Take a left and the campground is on your immediate left.

Hope this gets me there.

ST. LOUIS - MoDOT will close all lanes on westbound Interstate 64 in downtown St. Louis this weekend, June 11-13, between the Poplar Street Bridge and 21st Street. The interstate will close at 8 a.m., Saturday, after the Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure begins. Motorists heading to the race need to get downtown early.
Westbound I-64 will reopen at noon on Sunday, but work will continue in this area until 3 a.m., Monday. On eastbound I-64, only one lane will be open between the 21st Street and the Poplar Street Bridge from 8 a.m., Saturday to 3 a.m., Monday.
On the Poplar Street Bridge, there will be various lane closures in both directions on the bridge from 8 a.m., Saturday to 3 a.m., Monday. Illinois motorists heading westbound will need to exit at the I-70/I-55 ramp. MoDOT strongly urges motorists to avoid the Poplar Street Bridge area because there will be traffic back-ups into Illinois. Use alternate routes to get into Missouri, such as I-255, or the Eads, McKinley or Martin Luther King bridges.

Thanks for the update Bill that was on my route, by-pass here I come.

This a applies for the others as well. The bridge that crosses the river by the arch will be backed up bad. 255 south would get everyone around the back up and connects with 44 on the south west side of St.Louis.

Am enjoyying the trip a great deal
As I type this I am enjoying the last s***ter with running water that I will probably see for the next several days

Life is good

That's why I stay at Bartons lodge when at Flatnasty. Showers and s***ters are a necessity when wheeling trips lasting more than 2 days.

Had an awesome weekend! Can't wait till Thurs night to rejoin the group. I rode Tony, Darrel and Mark. Oh did I forget to say "with" :)
