I tried the search, nothing found, so hopefully I am not beating or otherwise molestering a dead horse. The 94 that we picked up a few weeks ago seems to have a f-ed up door lock. The passenger side locks fine with the push button buttons on the door, but the key does not work from the outside. This is the only key that I got with the truck, do I have the valet key or something? How can I get a master? I don't have remote keys, or are these just lost and available for all 94s? Thank-you,
Dan

Dan is it not turning? or is it turning but not unlocking?

will not even turn, I think

Does it work in the rear hatch? Does it turn? Flip the key...does it turn now? Often the keys get worn and the tumblers don't have that much play in it. If you go to your local dealer you can get a new key made from your VIN. I had to do this with mine as this was the only key I got with it. I've not heard of the cruisers coming with a Valet Key.

Can't speak about the LC keys, but the LX 450 did come with a valet key. It opens both front doors -- does not open glove box or cargo area. I was a valet long, long, ago...every valet key ever handed to me opened both doors. I doubt you have a problem of having a valet key.

Could be your passenger side lock is F'ed up.

It doesn't work with in the rear hatch either. I talked to the PO today, and it is just the valet key.

A valet should work in the doors and ignition.

Both doors?

Oh yeah C_Dan, is there a write up anywhere about your water injection system?
