Had the same diamond plate bumper on the back of my red longbed 45 when I got it. Way popular back in the day.Picked up this beauty a couple weeks ago. Working on freeing the seized motor. Flipped the bezel first!!

Hey Mark. Yeah, not having any luck with soaking the cylinders in different concoctions to get it to turn. It even has an inline water pump heater that I've left plugged in for a day at a time (don't trust it to leave plugged in over night) with no luck. It gets the block pretty warm though! Looks like it's time for some exploratory surgery.Had the same diamond plate bumper on the back of my red longbed 45 when I got it. Way popular back in the day.
Tim,
If it looks like an original F135 under the hood, I recommend NOT trying to start the motor without taking a look inside the timing cover. The fiber cam gear could be an issue, and if not, could instantly become one. I lost 4 teeth on my first F135 25 years ago. Dumb luck that mine happened during startup, so I didn't damage anything else.
