@ Ramatorn15 I'm ready to buy some sliders in the next couple months. Any chance these will be ready soon? My second choice would be Slee. I much prefer these but I really want to get something by early spring.

I haven't given up on these! The time commitment needed to get them done has been an issue. I'm still hopeful that I'll be able to do small batches in the near future.
Put me on the list also. I already have Slee but I'd change to these immediately when available. Also have an LX with AHC. Bonus points for pre-installed puddle lights.
Just a friendly reminder, we all still want these sliders. (I know life gets in the way sometimes, but we still want what we want) 
I've been on the hunt for a reasonably priced set of sliders for over a year now. I would love a DIY weld-together kit.

Hey everyone! I'm working on two sets currently. They're are semi prototypes as I'm experimenting with different ways of welding, cutting, etc. They are 100% strong, they just aren't the prettiest but it's 99% stuff under the truck that you'll never really see.
Going to hopefully finish them by next weekend then they will be "first come, first serve" at $650 bare steel, picked up.
I unfortunately don't have time at the moment to hassle with shipping, but if you know someone who can take them from me here in ABQ and ship them to you, I'm okay with that.

I'm in socal and would love a set as long as they can be used as a step. I think I can figure out shipping would a forklift be required for pickup?

Most likely. I don't have one in my shop. I would be willing to transport them in my truck to a shipper or similar within the city.
They're about as good of a step slider as can be. Not as accessable as the factory steps because they're much higher up, but definitely usable.

I should mention that these will likely be closer to $900 when I'm able to get them into regular production. So the 650 is highly discounted.

@Ramathorn15 I know it was discussed, and I've hounded a little, but what are the odds of DIY brackets being available? Will a promise not to tell anybody where they came from unless you say they are pretty enough help?

What exactly are you thinking? The U for the frame needs to be welded by me. I have to use a jig to get them spaced just right for the frame. I could sell just the U brackets if that's what you're wanting.
If anyone else in Denver/Colorado wants a set I could make a run down there to ABQ and bring them back if we could cover my fuel.
I (and I think others) was thinking the bracket/arms and then we could source the 2x6 locally and finish it that way.
