Can you advice me with any type ...by the way OBD connection my car is not in fuse panel it is under the hood ...as shown on the images

For OBD2 there are meany options for OBD1 I know on only one Bluetooth TOYOCOM Plus TOYOBD1
 
As the others have mentioned, a new fan clutch wont be sufficient in a hot environment unless you crack it open and put in heavier fluid (or buy the pre-modded one from @NLXTACY ). Very common problem here in the USA (which probably isn't as hot as Oman). :)
 
While its nice that everyone keeps throwing patches at this problem like new blue fan clutch, i seriously doubt that after all the things he has already "thrown" at it including a new toyota fan, that just adding a blue fan clutch will fix or solve a 40 degree plus temp swing. Might drop the temp so that the factory gauge is happy but it just applying a bandaid to a problem.

Get a real gauge, monitor the problem, and try and figure out what is making the engine overheat. Something more than just poor fan circulation is causing the problem.
 
Two thoughts about the thermostat:
Was it an OEM Toyota part or another brand? Toyota thermostats seem to be best. Gates are OK. After that short list change it out for one of the above preferably a Toyota.

No matter which brand thermostat selected it is always a good idea to validate a new thermostat is working at the temps required. I boil them in a pot of water on the stove with a thermometer in the water. All of them perform different. You could buy 10 Toyota thermostats and boil them and all would perform different within a narrow window. Some will begin to open at 170 and be fully opened by 182-183. Some will begin to open at 175.

I have done this for 25 years when replacing thermostats on numerous vehicles. I can remember a total of 2 brand new ones I tested which opened at a much higher temperature than specified and one that never fully opened!:nailbiting:

If you pick one that opens at a lower temp the radiator is able to start working at a lower temperature and should yield a vehicle operating at a few degrees less than one that begins to open at a higher temp.

I have replaced it with genuine Toyota Part and the Temp is the same high SO I removed and drove it without Thermostat and the Temp is the same High .... :(

Some said maybe the throttle is the reason for heating up ... my self I can't imagine how can that be true
 
Have you added a separate coolant temp guage to give us objective readings of what you're seeing for high temps?

You never said so in as many words, and you seeing high temps yet without your thermostat installed sounds like my band-aid fix when I blew a headgasket in my VW GTI as a kid.
