Hi guys my HJ75 1HZ over heated on the freeway and will now not start. That day we had been mud driving. I checked my radiator for mud, was all clean. My battery still has 13V. It cranks once or twice then struggles to crank. Please help thanks guys.

if you can pull start then you can eliminate internal damage
the heat from the engine baked the starter
would be my guess from 5000 km away.
<start cheap and work up>

As you take your bow... I wonder how the 1KZTE is running.
We must remember that swallowing our pride at times in life is necessary. I have done it many times and will do it again.;);)
Don't take this the wrong way, but we are not all perfect. My thoughts were with you along that hole thread. That was a good judgement call.

shrug, the KZ runs great ... till it doesn't anymore then you pull out your wallet for an expensive operation.
Samir's KZ is still running well, while his buddies still isn't. using those odds, it is a 50/50 crap shoot.

Ok i got the 75 nice and warm at 80 km/h. After that I steped it up to 110 km/h after 5 minutes she started to become a little hotter, Running 3/4s on my thermometer. Im now going to try a new radiator i scored off a mate for $100.

ummm, while you are at it, put in an aftermarket temp gauge.

factory ones are glorified idiot lights.
