Yep, she was on bear Patrol! I think I heard someone chamber a round in a Glock in the wee hours too! (Snuggled down in my Kevlar sleeping bag at that point)

Yep, I seem to have become an early riser these days. Guess having a newborn does that to you.
Indeed, I have seen this "John" phenomenon many times. I have great respect for those that can hang out late and then get up without an alarm clock and get out early.

Yep, I heard the frying pan about 2:30 - - then I heard the distinctive sound of a round being chambered - - I assumed it was Woody locking down for the night.

It may have been me- My wife made me sit outside the tent on guard till she was asleep.
Adam - -there was no need to fear, that tent of yours looked like it could repel any invaders!
haha true- We were sitting by the campfire and once someone said there was a bear she was doing an OJ/ Hertz impression over lawn chairs and tents to get to our tent. I think the ranger scared her a bit with his mauling story.
Haven't forgotten about you guys. They are still in line to be made.
