got it from fj60.com 600bucks and 190 for shipping dropped off right at my door...best deal i could find...for way down here in south florida...man it ant cheap wanted 290 for shipping so i said nah to them..and called up fj60.com ..super awesome guy i talked to, turned out to be a surfer and fj60.com was started with him, his wife and friend..hope everything works out and im sure ill be ordering from them agian...ill post up some pics flexed out on somthing when it gets here (2weeks) wahooooo

Great price. I am glad you got it so cheap. The only issue, and it does not affect you, is that he is undercutting all the other dealers. The contract we all sign with ARB prevents that; or at least it should. Once again, these are not you issues and you got a great deal. As a matter of fact, you bought it for less than I can as a dealer. That raises the question: Why am I a dealer?

You need some Hella 2Ks to make it right!

Gota love those babies dont ya. Which one did you get? The 8274 bumper, or the M10000 bumper?

TB

i thinkkkk 8274 one...it was the non winch arb bulll bar for fj60/62's man-a-fre has it on there cover of the last issue...

...i believe the non winch one is around 600bucks no matter where you go..because man-a-fre had it and for that price and another out of ohio..it just came down to finding the best shipping costs... but other places did have it for more...but it was more than just him giving me that price..

Non Winch :(

I paid $650 for my last one a few months ago, prices have gone up(paid $550 last year), man shiping is a killer isn't it? I just pick mine up at ARB :D

I saw a seller on e-bay (with pretty good feedback) selilng ARB's for just about any vehicle at $695 shipped to your door.

At the time I was searchig for one for my 80, so I didn't notice if he had FJ60 applications.

Oh, here's the LINK and it does appear that he has FJ60 applications.

If you use paypal you're pretty safe. I had a seller refuse to send a set of wheels that I paid $800 for, and Paypal did eventually get my money back to me. I had to wait about a month, but it was better than loosing that cash.

Yep, Jeff Sharpe of FJ60.com is a great vendor. Good prices, good service.

DD, were you talking about the winch bar price wise? Cause the MAF price for the nonwinch is $630. Jeff's is pretty close.

lowtide, you didn't get the 8274 bar, you got the NO winch bar. :( Are you sure you don't ever want to install a winch?

Doc, I have to disagree that PayPal is safe. I've had two vendors rip me off and PayPal was worthless in trying to get my money back. eBay was almost worthless but at least made some effort. I still use PayPal but I'm more careful...

pimp i wont have the cash to get a winch now..im starting school back up so i would prob have a big fat hole in my arb for 2 years.. and at the end of 2 years i can cut this one up for a winch or selll it and get a new one..... :)

We've had opposite experiences. I've been ripped off twice on e-bay when paying via paypal, both times Ebay did nothing to help, and both times Paypal got me my money back.

You are going to love the ARB lowtide. I bought a front ARB with winch mount and a back ARB together for $400. I reprimered and painted them. They look better than new. I had to chop the original mounting brackets off the rear bumper and weld on my own. I think the back bumper was for an 80 or something. It is stronger than ever now. I have rammed a few obstacles with the front so far, and not a scratch.

Are you going to put your front bumper in a modern art museum? That thing is, well, original looking.

Congratulations

Non winch bumpers are kind of a bummer. Although better than no bumper I suppose.

I'm with LP, I just pick my stuff up at ARB in downtown Seattle.

Should be picking up another ARB bumper (for the 60 this time) at ARB sometime before the end of summer.

I have been to a lot of nice shops in my life but I got to say ARB in Seattle is cool. It's just a frickin warehouse (wouldn't even notice it if you weren't paying attention) but they have EVERYTHING in there. Guys that work there are all really cool too. Never seen so many ARB bumpers in one place until I pulled up in the parking lot (if you can call it that).

They hooked me up with a bunch of stickers and a tow strap when I got my ARB for the 80 last year. Frickin drooling by the time I left. It's a good thing they can't sell stuff there, I would have been one broke mo fo fo sho.

Thought I'd show you the rear ARB. What are you going to do for protection in the back lowtideride? cheers.

Oh, and the front for kicks. I am impressed with the new paint job. It was crap when I bought them.

when I got the ARB for Connies 62.......she "thought" she wanted a NON winch bar...........silly girl..........they don't make those anymore ;)

I am an ARB guy for sure. I have pals down there in Seattle. Why dont I know that they are making rear bumpers now???

Cause I'm a dumb ass.

They've been making them for a while but not importing them.

I wonder when they started importing them?

Looks good.

I bought a Kaymar rear bumper, tire carrier, gas can carrier when they were still making them.

Expensive but a quality unit.

i got mine for 700 with free shipping. the website i ordered from doesnt seem to be working right now. anyway mine has room for a m10000. picture of it in my profile.

Hey Benji, I'm one of the Mississippi boys you met in Katemcy, the bumpers look great!

OK, Non winch. That makes me feel a bit better. ARB is no longer importing non winch bumpers into the US so they can be sold for whatever you can get for them if you have them in stock. AFAIK ARB no longer has any non winch in stock.

A good way to save on shipping is to buy a few of them at once. Price goes way down after 3.

Is ARB selling REAR bumpers in the US now?

I wont bother telling you guys what I paid for my front bumper.
