When I first installed my OPOR sliders I felt like they fit weird. After seeing some others in person and checking on some pictures, I'm sure they are. They sit a 2-3 inches forward of where they should be, but the mounts that sit between the body mount and AHC hardware has no room to go either direction. I also felt like I had to tweak the AHC hardlines a ton so they wouldn't hit or rub. Is there some detail or trick that I'm missing?

To give you some perspective from a rig without AHC, I have the ability to move my sliders fore and aft about 4 inches each way. I had to do this to clear my tires on full stuff. Can you post pictures of where the mounts hit the AHC hard lines?

They don't actually hit the hardlines since I tweaked them out of the way. The plate sits between the body mount and the guard on the AHC accumulator. If I take those guards off I might be able to get a little more room, but I don't think it's enough.

Did you buy the sliders with the "w/AHC" option? I think that deletes the mount you are having issues with:

I have the Metal Tech for AHC, with two brackets. I have beaten them pretty hard with the truck resting on a slider only and lots of dragging and scraping. I have also jacked up the truck with a high lift on the outer tube. I have had no problems so far. The bolts do need to be very tight and checked along with all the other underbody fasteners.
Still, the three point attachment does sound inherently better. But I think the two point is sufficient.

If I'm right then all you need to do is go to town with a grinder/cut off wheel and a flap disc.

How much can the AHC line be manipulated? I just got the MetalTech and attempted the install yesterday. For the life of me, I can't figure out what to do with the AHC line. It's incredibly rigid and I'm concerned about bending it. But, it absolutely will have to be bent as there is no way to get the slider onto the u-bolt (at the top) without bending the line.

They can be bent a decent amount. Just take care not to kink them.
