I am awaiting a shipment of plate to build a couple of these for stock. This bumper came out great but there will be a few unnoticable changes I am going to make that will ease in production. I feel we got quite a buzz about this and I am offering it as our first advertised product. I know we received questions from quite a few people about a DIY kit but it isnt going to happen these bumpers simply need to be built in a fixture to be true. That being said this piece will be offered at an introductory price of $850.00. Thats the bumper in raw steel with clevis mounts and the fairlead mount. Give us a call 209-402-6433, pm me or email our salesguy Jeremy@binksfab.com if you have any questions. We are here to serve you and hope to have many of you guys as satisfied customers!

:clap::beer:

and welcome to mud "official salute" :flipoff2:

That is an excellent intro price and great looking bumper.

PM woody here for vendor details, etc.

I got two, but theres no new message ? They were copies of the old tire/wheel stuff?

Bumper weighs almost exactly 100 pounds, but the length takes it to the next level on shipping quotes... Still lookin...

Paul,

Can you please post the make/model of your winch or the overall dimensions of it so we can start figuring out which other winches will fit.

Thanks,

G

The standard 4.5 on 10 bolt pattern... I imagine u might have trouble w the gigantic 8274-50 or possiblt the new powerplant series, otherwise i put the 10k smitty on there w lots a room

mounting foot is 4.5 x 10. I am certain an xd9000i will fit and also an m8000. I will check tomorrow to make certain a hs9500 will fit and we know the smittybuilt winch fits. Im thinking the only ones we will have an issue with is the warm powerplant and the 8274.

I started to winch on jeremys gigantic 850 hp, 1500 ft/lbdodge dually monstr truck. I then remembered i only had four bolts in the bumper as it keeps comin on and off as its finished.... I woulda sheared the cheapo grade 2 10m bolts and the bumper woulda launched across the parking lot... Btw, ive always bought warn m8000s because they are a great bang for the buck. This smittybuilt 10k is a great product so far, especially for the price

done.........two more to be finished next monday for customers

Bumper looks very nice. Your friend has my dream job.....

but the length takes it to the next level on shipping quotes

That's one of the reasons I was questioning the availability of a kit, I understand Bink's point though. Seems that weight is sometimes negligible compared to overall dimensions, just my experience. Are you thinking about acutally packaging these? When I got my leaf springs via UPS, there was just some stickly address band wrapped around them, no box, nothing. Seeing how these won't be finished (coated) might be something to consider to cut costs, also shipping to a business seems to reduce the amount also, just some thoughts. Curious as to what the most recent quote you have for shipping this out, say, to 97527, or I guess anywhere, what ever the "next level" quote was....D

basically $200 shipped in the continental US. i was quite surprised at shipping quotes and then checked with other vendors and the shipping prices on their bumpers... $200 shipped in the US...trust me, if you live in northern maine thats a hell of a deal and we are eating shipping costs...

First, awesome build/thread. Great looking bumper.

I am a few nickles and and one or two othe items away from a bumper. As such I have been considering building my own.
This design has given me cause to rethink that. This leads me to point 2.

How friendly is it with jack points? Hi Lift of course. Have you tested? And if so, do you have any pics?

Thanks!

i can post pics of anything, i almost tied the winch line around the top of the column/beam intersection on the roof of the building and pulled it up just to dispell any worries, owner didnt find that too legit, since he wondered if his building would cave in instead of the bumper yielding...

Do it! Do it! YouTube it lol. That's what insurance is for...

Btw still waiting for binks/Jeremy to get back to me on a quote.

If u want headlight protection call the shop or email jeremy. I dont think thatll be a prob and u wont get charged $500 for a couple bends in some tubing like ive seen on other vendors... Waiting on another shipment of metal. Used up the shop inventory in the three bumpers that sold yesterday and are being built next week...
