I am considerign painting my FJ one of these colors. Are there any pics of the two so I can compare them? I see olive green as olive brown sometimes?

It's paint code 653, olive green. If it's listed as 'olive brown', and it is on a bunch of well-known sites, it's wrong! All the greens start with '6'.

I've got a poster of that rig on the wall of my cubie. I believe CCOT got the color close, but not exactly what Toyoda-san intended. The other pics below are very close to the same. This one is more olivey and perhaps a nicer color, but not OEM 653.

Shoot, I could of sworn that was Razor's... oh well, doesn't really matter anyways. I wish it was mine, that sucker is clean!

As a proud owner of a 653 poo brown/olive green truck, with original paint, The last picture does look pretty dark, It is a great color and mine will be resprayed exactly the same color this winter. I have seen them interchanged with the same code based on year.
