definatly HighLift jack mounts...i used to have a set mounted on my bumper
At various times I have had mine attached to the front bumper, and also the roof rack.

They mount to bumper or Con-Ferr roof rack, not windshield hinges.

Concur, I have a set that I got from Con Ferr before they closed their doors. They were originally designed to go with their roof racks, but will mount to any flat surface
