Good luck. Let me know how it goes if you go there. It's worth a try. I don't know if I would take it there for anything complicated but if they had an oil change special, sure. Only 12 mi from me, but I left my 40 up north. I miss her.
Only 12 miles?? Where are you located?
 
These oil pans are rough! I used the factory jack with some slight modifications to a 1” socket. Working space is tight in a 40 to get the handle in, so I improvised. Worked great! For a second I thought this thing was JB welded in.

Great advice here. took out all the bolts applied side pressure with factory jack. Grabbed a cold one waited til i heard a slight pop. It broke sort of loose. Still had to lightly pry the seal on the opposite side

Be sure to check the flanges for straightness on a flat surface before you put it back on with a new cork gasket.
 
I just used a striking putty knife, easing between cork gasket and engine block, then working length-wise. My write up on reinstalling the pan is in my sig.
