Oil filter for LX600 (1 Viewer)

What is everyone using for a filter? I just hit 2k miles and picked up 8qts of Amsoil Signature Series 0W-20, but I can’t source an oil filter that fits….

I was hoping for the Amsoil ea15k09-ea but haven’t had any luck….

Ordered 10 of them for 80.00

Crush washer is: 90430-12031

Now, if we only had a kit that sold the rubber tubing and a oil filter wrench for Lexus’ tiny filters.

I have about 10 oil filter wrenchs, they were at least twice the size of Toyota tiny filters.

If you have a link to the drain tool and filter wrench, it would make this a breeze.

Btw, if you didn’t already know, the “armor” on the bottom of the lX is similar to the “armor” on any other Chevy Spec or a Geo metro…I was expecting steel or aluminum….not this cheap plastic…

That plastic has steel re-enforcing sheet inside.

I just had it off again, if there is any metal in the sheet it has the strength and weight of an aluminum can.
