The lower oil cooler pipe from the water pump to the oil cooler (#6 in the diagram) --

Is the bottom tab (2nd pic- red circle) supposed to fasten to the back of a timing cover bolt like the upper, (in green)? Difficult to see in the pic, but there's no extended bolt in the lower area...

So I have to take out one of the timing cover bolts and replace with a longer one? :hhmm:

(sorry for all the pix, but didn't want to confuse):D

Positions "E" get a 16mm bolt and a nut on the back side (item 5 in the second drawing).

That's the ticket, thanks 2mbb !! (I have to remember, FSM is my friend!)

Interesting, too... It's the bolts in the E positions, and the builder put an 8mm length there (w/o cooler), but since I have the cooler it takes the 16mm length. Little things... little things can sometimes be a big pain...

Don't forget the liquid sealer on the threads for position A. I'm guessing they will leak otherwise.

Yeah -- I'm hoping the builder did that!

Thanks for the info.
