Hi All
Gor a new power steering pump (from City Racer: Toy dealer only has them in separate components) and the high pressure line. As I understand it, the return line has metal as well as 2 hose sections. (Apparently, Toyota used to sell the 2 lines together since they're attached to each other.) I would like to replace the whole return line. Any ideas on a source? I can't find one anywhere. I only get quotes on rubber hose. NAPA says their line is reinforced. Is it possible to use the entire length with that? I'd rather not. Thank you.

Just remove it and take it to a hydraulic hose shop. They can reproduce it for you pretty easily

On left-handed models like yours the metal lines at the front of the chassis are separate for feed and return lines, but were sold as an assembly with the reinforced feed hoses. This assembly is NLA (no longer available).

So the sequence of the return line is a small metal tube that screws into the steering box (NLA), a rubber hose (still available), the long metal pipe, and a longer hose (still available) to the reservoir.

The two hoses are plain low pressure rubber hoses.

So if the metal pipes are not usable, you'll need to get them fabricated or find good used examples.
