The tires have normal rock rash from wheeling, I'll get some pics for you. The spacers are aluminum, I think they are Trail-Gear spacers.

Here's a pic of the Mickey Thompson wheels unmounted. Selling the set of 4. They're 15inx8in. Came off a Tacoma. Ran for less than 10,000 miles, so they're practically new. Asking 400obo for the set of 4 wheels. Looking for a quick sell. Thanks.

Does a Tacoma run same back spacing and lug pattern as fj40?

Thanks brother :D Does it look like this? I've never used that before:

How do you deal with situations where you need tilt, just stacking wood up on the jack until the transmission is leaned where you want?

How did you rig up a chain to secure the transmission to the jack?

Yep, that's it. Only really used it once, when I was changing the clutch on the 4Runner. It's got some tilt adjustment, I believe. The chain goes from one of the ears on the base over the tranny, to another ear on the base. Works fine for the purpose I needed it for, but if you're going to be using it regularly, I'd probably want something more robust.

Anyone have some '60 series sheet metal that is not rusty and relatively flat. I need to patch up the rear fender wells. I need two pieces aprox 8" x 24" or if anyone has rear QPs that are solid I could cut those up, or the equv 16 - 18Ga. sheet metal stock. Thanks.

Also I'll be putting up a bunch of 2F parts w/ pics when I get some time. If you want to name your price before I get pics up here is a short list.
2F Stock Alternator
2F Stock Carb (prob needs refresh)
2F Stock dizzy
2F modified radiator (aftermarket high quality) Bottom and top ports were switched to the opposite sides by a radiator shop to accommodate the 2H ports. Pressure tested, and painted. I ended up using the 2H stock alternator.
Carb cooling fan
2F flywheel (needs to be resurfaced)
2F bell housing (great shape)
2F 4-Speed tranny
2F AC compressor
2F Head
2F Oil pan and pickup
2F Valve cover
2F Valve train (would clean and check all parts prior to use)
2F Fan with good fan clutch
2F Air cleaner housing including full intake tube.

Willing to trade or barter

Thanks,
Tim

I happen to have 2 upper sides off my fj40 that the rear quarters are rotted. I'll have to remove glass but there is alot of flat surface. Think about it.

Why cut up a decent body panel when you can get a piece of sheet metal much cheaper, easy to find and offer a better material than 25 yr old steel. I've found 18g sheet metal panels at Lowe's/Home Depot/Ace Hardware, 12" X 24" panels. Just saying, easier solution IMHO...

I have a Craftsman 12gal, 1hp, 125psi air compressor I would like to trade for a smaller compressor + tank.

This is the compressor I have: http://www.searsoutlet.com/12-Gallo...it/d/product_details.jsp?pid=9260&mode=seeAll

It is literally like new, always purged of air after use, works perfectly. I can include the accessories that came with it. You are welcome to inspect and test it prior to making a deal.

I would like a 3-4gal tank and compressor (not terribly concerned with psi or hp) that is new or near-new, and a reputable model (e.g. not Harbor Freight or the like).

If you want this but don't have a trade in mind, $150 cash?

Prefer local to Triangle area. PM if interested.

Good thought. I looked at Lowes online but could only find 22Ga. I swing by a few and see what I can find. Thanks.

<- I knew you'd be all over this.
