Hi folks, this is a fantastic thread! We just picked up a new-to-us 2016 LX570 and it has earlier LX570 20" wheels (with Michelin Defender LTX M/S tires in 275/55R20). The vehicle is phenomenal, but the larger wheels need to go before we head on our next trip (common first mod as has been discussed ad-nauseum here). I am potentially looking to swap to silver cast aluminum OEM 2016-2021 Land Cruiser 18" wheels and put more practical A/T tires on it.

After 211 pages of this (great) thread, I have not found a photo of a 2016+ LX570 with the silver 2016+ OEM Land Cruiser silver cast wheels (not the TRD Pro forged black or Heritage Edition Bronze).

Do any of you folks have a photo of a 2016+ LX570 with the silver 2016+ OEM Land Cruiser silver cast 18x8"wheels that you can post up?

I just installed RW wheels, 285/70/17 C and found the sweet spot for me was 38 psi. I also put on a TT hidden winch mount and winch. LX is done modding for awhile or at least until my next trip and I figure I need something more:)

I am a KO2 fan and in load C the ride on WI tenable roads is perfect. I have put them on all my 4 previous Land Cruisers with good year round performance.

I also did a 1.25" sensor lift and alignment. Rides very well overall. Completely happy!

KO2s are good until the road noise increases exponentially.

Yeah, same I’m happy anywhere between 36-38 depending on outside temp swings. 40 when I’m going on a long highway or day trip.

Good tire choice!

@99toylc nice looking rig. I am in envy of how clean your hidden winch install is. Is your bumper crushed between the TT mount and the fairlead?

I am thinking sliders next if I need them the lower side step is used constantly by my 5 yr old to get himself in and out. The step is a must have for now. When I crush it I'll go sliders.

Nice wheeling photos and wheel lift.

I was nervous about attaching the bumper skin to the winch mout as the original did not seemed attached. I probably over thought it as the straps on the bottom are ridged mounted.

I placed an extra fairlead in between the bumper skin and the winch mount receiver and managed to be almost perfectly as needed.

I went with the Metaltech4x4 sliders as I had a set on my old 100 series and found them to be super beefy - on the 200 series I incorporated the light illumination from the steps to leds under the sliders. Image take aphoto tonight to show what they look like.
