I’ve been thinking about this too. Did your research reveal the stock spring rate? What custom rate did you end up with?

Finally made the jump to 35’s.

Black Rhino Wheels Stadium 17x8.5” +10
Cooper Evolution MT 35x12.5x17
Stock AHC with sensor trick up front.
BMC and plastic trimming
No rubs at normal driving height and full articulation.
Planning on stuffing a ratchet strap compressed and deflated full size spare in the stock location.

We took a drive down 1 today to celebrate International PI day. There is a great pie place out in the middle of nowhere called Pie Ranch. No fancy pics because it was kind of a dreary day, but fun nonetheless and you can't complain about pie (or PI):
