Hey all,

I have recently started my fj80 project and I've discovered a small problem. Most of the parts vendors I can find for OME, ARB, TJM, etc are all out west. Does anybody know of any good off road shops here in ohio that are connected with the big parts suppliers? It'd be awesome if they were near cincinnati. I want to get a bumper, sliders, and roof rack. I'm not very good at fabricating so I only make things that no one will see. haha. or if anyone has any that they'd like to sell I'd also be interested. Thanks all.

I'm looking for:
OME 2" lift
TJM T17 front bumper
sliders (metal tech is good but $285 for shipping :frown:)
roof rack (baja short rack or Smittybuilt Defender)

Thanks all for any shop info.

There isn't crap around here. I would order it all from metaltech and they will probably cut you a deal. In years past I think they have offered free shipping??? To gsmtr in May down in TN.
Or pick up a 4wheelparts in Indy?

I do some fab work on the side... i could get you something very similar to the big name guys at a more reasonable price if you are interested...

pm me if you are interested and we can go from there...

Chris

While there arent to many parts vendors in our area, I second what Marty suggested. Contact 4 Wheel Parts, they have a warehouse in and around Indy and you can save on shipping by driving and picking it up yourself. The sell ARB, so they likely can get Old Man Emu parts. As for TJM, you might check their website for the closest retailer, they any close to Cincy. I have seen gothodgie's work, and it is nice!

Good luck!

Metaltech is having a sale on sliders, front bumper and baja rack. Look in the vendors section. Maybe they can strap it all on a pallet.

thanks for the info all. I might have to hit you up for that gothodgie.

As for my screen name, BGMachine is a shortened version of one of the nicknames I gave my truck. The Big Green Machine. The others i've called it are: toyboata, the toy, land battleship, and the tank. haha.

Thanks for the info again
