i searched around and couldn't really find what i was looking for. i have 5 oem rims and 4 hubcaps from a 64 fj40 all original and i am looking at selling them in the future when i buy new tires and rims. the hubcaps are a lil beat up but not rusted and no holes in them. the rims look really good. i don't wanna go into selling them in a couple months blind and charging too much.

if their in good shape other than paint, sandblast and re-paint them and clean up the hub caps and that should get you top dollar.

i can't help you on what to charge tho, just watch ebay and the classifieds and get you a price from them

They are worth nothing, you should immediately box them up and ship them to me for free. :D

Seriously, I paid $5 for one riveted FJ40 rim and $15 for a newer non-riveted. The hub caps are what are rare, but to get them restored back to new condition will set you back some large coin. There is a thread here showing a set that were done by a professional shop. It was not cheap but they sure look great!

The best answer on MUD? They will sell for what someone is willing to pay...

Post pics...

thanks for the responses guys. the hubcaps are the solid dish type. they have some dings and need to be rechromed but all and all are restorable. if the rims aren't worth much i will probably put them outback behind the shed or something as shipping would be killer on them.

Hub caps, also available new, are ether $20 or $25 last time I checked.

not the hub caps he has....he has the old style

the fj25 crew like them alot :)
