The cap in your Photo is NOT a OEM Toyota Genuine parts Rad. cap

Its a south east asia Knock-Off

This is a NOS OEM Toyota NipponDenso Yellow / Gold Zinc Rad. Cap w/ OEM retainer chain

This will fit your 1980 BJ40 Nicely & Properly / Correct part# application to Model

His picture most certainly is of an OEM part. You’ll say anything to make a sale, won’t you?

The cap in the OP’s photo is part #16401-41021. Dealer list is $18.26. I can get it to you for $12.79 + shipping, but it’ll probably end up being the same price and a bit faster to get one from your local dealer.
