OEM Hitch/Rec'v Fit with 285/75/16 Spare?

I recently purchased 285/75/16 BFG AT. When my wife was at Discount Tire having them installed the rep told her they could not put on a spare because "there is not enough room" with the hitch/rec'v on. Anyone out there disagree or do I need to rush out now and buy a Slee rear bumper with swingout.....?

285/75/16 should fit just fine w/ the factory receiver. I've got a set of Revos - no problem.

IIRC you should be able to fit 295s in as well, though you may have to turn the bar in the back upside down.

Sounds like great opportunity to buy the Slee, but I have 295 Nitto TG's and it fits fine

285/75/16 Goodyear DuraTrac fits just fine. I'm sure the BFG AT will too.
