Hi All,
I have my 85 2F headed to the machine shop and I'm sourcing my rebuild parts. Gaskets mainly at this point. When I rebuilt my transfer case a year ago I could find a lot of OEM gaskets online shipped to my local dealer. But my same search for engine gaskets hasn't turned up the same success.

Are there still OEM head gaskets available? IF not, where are the best sources for gaskets. Other gaskets?

Where can I find Toyota part numbers? An online exploded drawing perhaps?

I'm certain this has been discussed extensively but everyday the OEM parts become less and less available.

Thanks, love this site.

Partsouq is your best bet for diagrams and probable parts. Just enter your vin and it will show you all your goodies. @cruiseroutfit will have a lot of stuff also and can help you out with sourcing quality Japan made products.

Just bought one at my local dealer. Picked it up locally due to shipping damage concern.

Plenty of options in stock @ Cruiser Outfitters. OEM, Japanese, full engine overhaul gasket kits, valve grind (head gasket) kits, etc.

For example for a 12/84+ FJ60:

You need a 61030 head gasket. 4/84 to end, I believe. The gasket kit above has the earlier 61010 head gasket.

You will have to buy the gaskets individually, or call cruiseroutfit and they can put together what you need.

At a minimum you want a Toyota OE head gasket, a Toyota OE oil pan gasket, and Toyota OE timing cover and timing plate gasket.
