Unfortunately, there is not many tires to choose in 265/50/22 and Grandtreks suck. Going up to 275/50/22 brings up more choices but will it rub?
Tire calculator shows only 0.4" increase in diameter and 0.4" in width

Not your same wheel size, but I upgraded on my previous tire size, and have zero rubbing.

Original: 255/65/R20. Roughly 30 inches in diameter.
New: 275/60/R20. Roughly 33 inches in diameter.

Just drove an LX600 F-sport

Killed a tire yesterday. Front passenger. Sudden blow out at 70mph, hard to tell exactly what happened since the tire sidewall shredded with me hobbling at 5mph (was only 2 miles from my house). Vehicle remained stable the whole time. Sudden emergency message on screen to check the tire pressure...
