I put about a tablespoon into a batch of cold smoked elk steak chili yesterday and you could really tell it was there. Phenomenal flavor. I need to order some more.

20 months on projects in and around Beijing in the 90s.. My Mandarin is very limited... Thank god for interpreters.. :lol: Google is still good for a few things.

or Měiwèi de làjiāo jiàng = tasty/delicious pepper sauce :meh:

Cool I wish I got to go. Sara went for work and to spread the sauce around.
This was breakfast for din. We have sauté onions & chicken apple sausage, fresh eggs, & pastels. A trini thing like a tamale.

I received my sauce on Saturday

The flavor is great, excellent heat content.
I used it as a mustard substitue on a cheese plate paired with some hard salami.

If you use sauce or condiments on everything like me , do yourself a favor and order more than one bottle

I guess I am going to have to start eating breakfast so I can put it on some eggs....already plan to use some on this weekends crockpot chili

I got mine last week and have been dousing all my leftover turkey with it. Great flavor and just enough heat. Good stuff.

I also smoked a pork shoulder using a marinade made of garlic, the hot sauce, and ginger beer. It smoked on my big green egg for 12 hours over pecan. It was really good.
 
Sean, my :princess: would love that pizza. Need to try it on the grill too. J
It was a bit of a :princess pie, but it was good.
Some good news we got into a little store/ cafe in the area and filled out a bunch of paper work to get in publix, fresh market, Mello mushroom , & mast-general store. So we'll see. Had our 1st international sale in the uk. Things are going up hill at least. All those meals look great. Chow down. Cheers. :)

Thanks guys. We'll find out about Mello mushroom tomorrow. The one in town is franchise , they also own a restaurant under called Vello Fello ,we go there for fish & chips. So our fingers are crossed.

Good luck Sean, I hope it goes well. Love the sauce with fish and shrimp for sure. Had it on some blackeyes and cornbread this weekend. YUM
