Slow cooking a pork shoulder with Ob's, beer, sprite, water and seasonings. On low for 4-8 hrs.

Don't know rum never made to the pot. That vat 19 is like GOLD don't get it here. I have a friend who travels to Ireland some what often and oddly they love it so she brings a few home for us. FOR SURE on the party/cook up.
