I got a little chub from this pic... MMMMMHMMMM hot!!!

1st make a few
2nd par cook onion, garlic & seasoned meat of your choice
3rd add veg.
4th add stock veg. , beef or chicken
5th put in fire & cover with coals. We use oak & cedar coals.
Last we added a few eggs to finish up. Put over rice or noddles add some hot sauce if needed and ENJOY...

Don't know rum never made to the pot. That vat 19 is like GOLD don't get it here. I have a friend who travels to Ireland some what often and oddly they love it so she brings a few home for us. FOR SURE on the party/cook up.

I had this tonight on some eggs- breakfast for dinner. Excellent taste. If you find a substitute for the MSG, I'd order more and give them out for gifts.
 
I received my order today! Tried it straight from the bottle when it showed up and it was super tasty. The heat is mellow at first and then builds. I cooked up some white rice and shredded chicken and then threw the sauce on that. It was awesome. Can't wait to start trying this on everything else and introducing other people to it. I'll post more as I keep experimenting with it.

I'm a wimp when it comes to hot sauce, but I really like this stuff. Like others have said I like the slow soaking burn Mexican styles feel like they are burning a hole Even stirred some into some potato salad. Mmmmm
 
Back in the garden today. Picked about 25 lbs. of raw peppers. In the kitchen all weekend. :)
