Anybody got one of these winch-motor compressors?

http://www.oasisoffroad.com/p3.html

I wanna build one, but I would like to know exactly what coupler they use to connect the winch motor to the york compressor.

I'd love to see a pix of the coupler, anyone ever seen this?

Also, it would be nice to know what winch motor they are using, I think it's a 5-horse.

Yorks have a tapered, keyed input shaft. It will be interesting trying to find something to fit.

I would probably be thinking about machining down the original clutch to use as an attachment point.

look around mcmaster.com. Tons of this type of stuff.

well I have one, I haven`t installed it yet.
All you can see is a coupler joining them.
I will try to get a pic of it.

This coupler has no allen screws in it, it looks the same all the way around it.
Winch motor on the left, York on the right.

Butch compressor thing is HUGE!!!!!!!!!!!

Everything seems huge to a dwarf......
18 tall x 18 long x 7 wide.....

If I was running air in a fj40 with the chevy V8, I would run it off the motor.
I got my Oasis compressor, because I had a $350 credit with kilby Ent.
I had something to return, but I had it for along time, so I asked him to return it, and I would buy the compressor. I always wanted one.
They are lots of $$$ but way cool, and I can change it to rig to rig if I want, unlike the engine mount.

The benefit IMO of the oasis is you can easily use it in any of your rigs, or your buddy's etc. If you only wheel one rig a fixed system is great.
