I just pulled this from a '99 100 Series that I purchased in April. It was working fine, but I wanted to return the vehicle to stock.
Based on the model number on the head unit and box, I believe this is the unit:
EONON GA2180A
Included are front and rear facing cameras, external mic, carplay cable, GPS antenna, wifi antenna, and harness compatible with a '99 100-series. Everything is there as I pulled it out, and should be plug and play. PO gave me the box, some printouts, warranty card, etc. I believe this will also work with all 1998-2000 100-series, but I'm not 100% certain. (In fact, the paperwork that came with the harness shows it is compatible back for 1993 - 2000 Land Cruiser, but no promises...)
