Nut Size

Need some help. What size nut holds the front brake rotor on a 76 FJ40? Need to replace my front disk and I don't think I have a socket that big. Thanks in advance!

To replace the rotor you need Poser's suggested 54mm spindle socket, also a 17mm,14mm,12mm, and a 10mm if you have Aisin or Asco locking hubs.

I've heard of people making one out of an exhaust reducer in a pinch.

I bought mine at Spector a decade ago for about $22.

I got one from Marlin last weekend for around $15 at a swap meet. Well, $30 dollars with one of his $16 baseball caps! Thanks to his lovely wife for hooking me up!
