Just for my learning, why do you say? Was there something you saw in particular from the pictures? Or is it just based on the fact that it'd be too good to be true?

I went and saw the truck in person, the truck overall was in OK shape, but the seats were completely toasted, which was my first clue. My second was that the odometer numbers didn't line up. it was 106,457, as I recall, but the 6 was in a position where it appeared to be turning over to a 7, but obviously it shouldn't even be close to turning over.

Hard to say on the odometer without sitting in the rig... These leather seats get cracked & toasted after 20 years with no treatment, but the engine bay looks super crispy!!! Might that be another clue on miles?
Flipping odo is easy......i do it almost monthly -except i do it forward 200mi ......so im getting 420mi. to a tank of gas vs 220!
Run the VIN and you'll have an idea. That truck is near me, and I was thinking about taking a look at it...
