Hey Club HDC,

Name is Larry Britt, live in Rio Rancho and just bought an 03' cruiser. Had to go to Denver to find the right truck since there was slim pickens here in ABQ. Left it at Slee's for some mods and going to pick it up end of September. Its going to be my dd and will also be draggin my 23' hybrid camper on the occasional weekend.

I'm new to the wheel'n sport so any tips, lessons learned and so forth will be welcomed. Looking forward to meeting you guys.:)

I had the pleasure of leaving a 100 series at in Golden for a few days once. Like a kid in a candy store.
What's Slee gonna do for you? Solid axle conversion?

Welcome to the forum. Look forward to meeting you at TP tomorrow if you can make it

I'm sure many of marriages have been tested after unsupervised visits to Slee's. Initial scope includes 90K service, ARB diff locks, OME 2.5" HD suspension, Slee bumpers, sliders & front skid, warn 9.5xp winch, some LEDs and a set of grappler 275/70r18s. I'll post some pix after I take delivery.

A whole transformation it sounds like. Can't wait to see the final product. Welcome to HDC.

Wow - that's a great looking truck, Larry! Your Slee upgrades will be awesome on that rig. You'll be able to take the primitive road to Ali's, or drive to my shop in the snow.

Are you back from Slee yet, we need pictures!

As they say on the Mud board....
this thread is useless without pics.webp

I drove by Slee earlier this morning, but didn't see Larry's rig, so I assume he's having a beautiful drive back through the aspens in the high country!

She so purdy!!

Sweet!! That is one nice ride - on road or off!

Leaving for Bhutan in a couple of hours - will try to take awesome pictures of Cruisers in the Himalayas and post them on the HDC website.

I need to get this thing on the trail so I can get the forthcoming scratches and dents behind me.

If you're interested in having someone help with a shake-down cruise for your rig then let me know. A couple of us are headed to Baja for a few days and that Cruiser would make for a nice comfy ride and I will bring it back back with the scratches you're wanting. Probably no dents though. :D

Here it is in the Zuni Mountains. It has been dusted and NM pinstriped already
