Non-Boot Shocks (1 Viewer)

Many of the shocks I have been looking at have a rubber boot.
I live in salt country and salt/sand fills the boots and rusts.
Is there a good cheap shock without a boot that will handle the weight of the ARB winch bumper and slidder?

Kurt, shocks don't hold weight. Springs do

Never mind, I ordered the OEM from dan.

I had very stiff Gas Magnums Monroe shocks on the HiLux. It NEVER bottemed out.
The 60 had heavy springs, I ran shockless for some time till I found some soft shocks.
All of my Junky trucks (turd included) have old and rusty shocks that are worn out. The 3/4 to ones don't need shocks.

Doesn't the weight of a vehicle need to be inline with the firmness of the shock?
