No Way Apple CarPlay on 2015 LC ? (1 Viewer)

Seeing diff mfg including Toyota talk about ways to upgrade existing systems to run Apple CarPlay. Read where Entune 3.0 would be needed. 2015 LC is no doubt 2.0. Anyone aware of a workaround or aftermarket module that would bring CarPlay to my 2015 and into the 21st century? Thx

I would gladly pay for a firmware upgrade on my 2015 to get CarPlay. The enTune 2 is useless. They keep removing apps instead of adding them...

my guess is the only way this happens is with the tesla swap that has been discussed a lot but with little long term test results. I'd love the big tesla style screen, especially if it improves the system. I'm not sure Toyota will ever actually push an upgrade option.

Toyota hasn’t had a single software update to the infotainment system for the 13-15 years (aside from nav updates) since the 2013 model launched. I wouldn’t expect that trend to change.
