Every where I go, people are always asking me what would I sell the cruiser for. I have to say it's not for sale. Now if someone walks up to me with cash i just might sell it. My cruiser is not in the best of condition but it's mine and it takes me anywhere. I love it. I just thought I would express my love for my cruiser.. Don't forget mothers day this sunday....

just come up with a nice round number and say it can be had for that. ya never know who might have too much money burning a hole in their pocket at that moment and not have quite enough brains to know to leave it there.

Used to get the "Is it for sale?" question somewhat regularly regarding the 40. I decided $20k would be a reasonable sale price, at least from my perspective, even though it's worth less than 1/2 that amount. If I sold it I'd have to find another so I'd want to have plenty of cash to work with. No takers yet. Of course it's usually the rednecks driving the beat up Chevy pickups that toss out the question.

Had that question asked of my built 86 4Runner 3 weeks ago, I replied with $13K and Tuesday last week I had cash in my hand. Now I have a FJ62 in the driveway for my wife, another rig to build into a crawler, cash left over, and can sell the wifes Scion ($355 a mo. payment) and be closer to debt free.. worked out pretty well on my end.

Yea I like the 120% idea.. My 62 is only worth about 2k-3k and my price will be about 5k-6k from now on..

IH8MUD needs to make our own NADA price guide...
