Just bought out first 80 and the heat blows cold. Coolant level good. Flushed the front core. Tested the heater control valve( good). Noticed that when I removed the driver's side pipe supplying the core hot water while the engine was running there was no flow. Not even a trickle. Then I removed the radiator cap( not too hot) and pressurized the radiator with a garden hose and water blasted out of that pipe.
Bad water pump?
